Our Story

Our founder, Michelle Duval. is a pioneer in new forms of learning, helped found the field of professional coaching, and created the world's first personal AI, Coach Marlee.

Using our crazy accurate people analytics tools, over the past 20 years at Marlee (formerly Fingerprint For Success), we have studied the 'human skills' of individuals, teams, and the world's top performers to consistently find attitude and motivation as the X-Factors for performance, fulfilment, and well-being at work.

While Michelle was helping individuals and teams to achieve amazing things at work and in life, she grew increasingly frustrated by the profound disparity in who had access to the personalized support provided by coaches.

People analytics and coaching have traditionally been a privilege of the few — typically elite athletes, CEOs, and those who are famous.

Our team of behavioral scientists, data scientists, engineers, and coaches set out to create the world's first science-powered professional and personal development platform everyone can use to achieve amazing things at work and in life.

Jenny is passionate about building human-first cultures at all stages of the company scaling journey, empowering Founders and their Leadership Teams to maximise their unique impact and reach their growth goals. Across her 17 year career, Jenny has been the trusted coach and advisor to Founders and Leaders at key points of growth and transition, whether scaling through funding rounds, or crafting their senior leadership team. She has held leadership roles in VC backed companies from Seed to Series A through C, with funding from $4m to $496m (investors include Innovate UK, Softbank, Google, Sequoia, Accel).
