Report a bug
Here's how to send a bug report for technical issues in Marlee - let us know what you're experiencing!
Follow these simple steps to report a bug:
- On your Marlee dashboard, scroll to the left bottom of your screen and click Feedback & Support.
- A pop-up should appear prompting you to choose from the three options available.
- Select Report a bug if you encounter any technical issues or error messages in the app.
- Complete the details of your report including your email address so our Support team can get back to you.
- You can also choose to attach a live screenshot or screen recording to your bug report for more context.
- Once completed, click Submit.
